Having obtained two master degrees in the field of psychology (Applied psychology and Counselling psychology), and a certificate in Addiction and Mental Health, I have a holistic approach to therapy. I am appreciative of evidence-based practices such as mindfulness-based techniques, compassion focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. In the end, we’ll employ the treatment methods that promote your recovery the most. Working with clients experiencing addiction, depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders; challenges related to body image and self-esteem; racial and other types of discrimination, problems in personal and professional relationships; and significant life transitions are my areas of expertise. I also provide therapy services focused on spirituality and faith.
